Site work and paving for a road / highway in Arenas Valley, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work consists of the reconstruction and widening of Arenas Valley Road in Grant County, including widening existing driving lanes to 12 feet, constructing new 4-foot paved shoulders, providing a traffic control plan for construction, creating typical sections and turnout profiles, making drainage improvements, and installing permanent signing and striping. Instructions to bidders specify that all bidding documents, including plans, specifications, and addenda, are available through the BHITracker web portal. Prospective bidders must register on the site to access documents, submit questions, and obtain electronic bid submission instructions. All questions must be submitted through the BHITracker site, and responses will be provided via addenda. The bidders list and electronic bid submission process are also managed through the portal.
