2021 Bond Phase 3 Accompsett Middle School - HVAC Reconstruction 58-08-01-06-0-034-033- ACCOMPSETT MIDDLE SCHOOL Separate sealed bids are requested for Contract No. 3 - HVAC Reconstruction at Accompsett Middle School. Bids must be made on the standard proposal form as designated by the provided instructions. Bids are to be sealed in an opaque envelope clearly marked with the name and address of the bidder, contract name and number, and the bid opening date, and addressed to the Smithtown Central School District. Each bidder must submit a bid security of not less than 10% of the base bid and all alternate bids, in the proper form, subject to the relevant conditions. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or all proposals will be rejected within 45 days after opening. The School District reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject any alternatives, reject any proposals, and advertise for new proposals as deemed in its best interest.
