The scope of work is a Competitive Seal Proposal for the upgrade of Gate 8 lanes, booths, and associated systems and demolition, serving NRG Park gate entrance 8. T he Gate 8 Upgrade Project will include the renovation and modernization of the existing entry sequence to improve access throughput, ticketing efficiency, and overall guest experience. Work is anticipated to include demolition of select existing site and architectural elements; replacement and reconfiguration of ticket lanes, pedestals, and booth equipment; infrastructure upgrades to power, data, and communications systems supporting screening and ticketing operations; lighting and signage improvements; and associated civil, structural, and architectural modifications required to support the new layout.
