Description

Remodeling of an educational facility in Aurora, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

The East Aurora School District #131 will be accepting bids from general contractors whose principal business is flooring replacements work at Hermes Elementary School, Allen Elementary School, Dieterich Elementary School, Krug Elementary School, Oak Park Elementary School, and Beaupre Elementary School. Plans and specifications are available online from Cordogan Clark & Associates. Sealed bids must be conspicuously marked and received at the District Office. Each bid must conform and be responsive to all pertinent bidding and contract documents, including contractor qualifications as specified. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted remotely. Prevailing wage rates shall apply to the project.
