The City of Wilmot, Arkansas is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide ASHRAE Level II Energy Audit services and Lighting Retrofit services funded through the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG)program. The scope of work includes ASHRAE Level II Energy Audits for City Hall, the Fire Department, and the Wilmot Community Center, and lighting retrofits including fixture replacement and installation for street lighting, City Park lighting, and Community Center parking lot lighting. Outdoor lighting shall be included as part of the overall energy audit and retrofit evaluation. The deadline for questions is February 26, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. CST. This project is federally funded and subject to applicable federal requirements, including Buy America, Build America (BABA), Davis-Bacon Act, and Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations.
