The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the purchase of 108-inch Slide Gates for the Lanier Filter Plant. Bids must be submitted typed or in ink in a sealed container marked with the BL# and Company Name. Bids received after the designated time will not be accepted. Requests for pre-bid substitutions to include products of manufacturers not listed as approved must be submitted with all required documentation by a specified deadline. Bids should be submitted in duplicate. Successful contractors must meet specified insurance requirements, with insurance companies authorized to do business in Georgia and having a required A.M. Best rating.
