Renovation of a multi-residential development in Milton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a six-story above grade multi-residential development.

Sealed bids are requested for a prime contract general contractor for plumbing access panels and bathroom ceiling replacement, Phase 3, at the six-story Milton Tower housing unit. Refer to the drawings for specific apartment locations. Bid proposals are to be submitted to the Housing Authority of Northumberland County. Bids must include documentary evidence of minority and women business enterprises contacted and committed, as well as evidence of Section 3 business concerns solicited. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates. Bid documents can be examined at the Housing Authority or Architect's office and are available for purchase or electronically. Addenda will be sent via email to prime bidders. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged. No bids may be withdrawn for sixty calendar days after opening without written owner consent. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informality in the bids. The authority does not discriminate based on race, color, age, or national origin. Instructions to bidders specify document acquisition, submission requirements, and the pre-bid meeting details. The last day to submit questions concerning the plans and specifications is March 5, 2026. Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening
