Sealed bids are requested for a single Prime Contract for roof replacement at 1038-1040 Hepburn Acres, Milton, PA 17847. The work is subject to prevailing wage. Prime Bidders must submit documentary evidence of minority and women owned business enterprises who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made, as well as evidence of Section 3 business concerns who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made. Documentation of solicitations and commitments must be included with the bid. Bidders may secure bid documents by contacting the architect via email. Addenda will be issued by email to Prime Bidders only. All prime contractors intending to place a bid are strongly encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting. The last day to submit questions about the specifications is specified. No bids may be withdrawn for sixty calendar days after the bid opening without written consent of the owner. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids.
