The City of Greenville and Duke Energy are partnering in an overhead utility clean-up project to underground and remove overhead utility crossings and service lines along Augusta Street from Lupo Street to Melville Road (approximately). The proposed scope of work includes construction of joint use 15-way electrical duct bank for Duke and the 14-way communication duct bank for telecommunications such as Charter, AT&T, Segra, DukeNet and Traffic.
