The City of San Luis is seeking proposals from qualified General Contractors for the construction of a new building expansion of the existing Water Development Building at 1311 4th Avenue, San Luis, AZ. The new building expansion is approximately 2,000 square feet with accompanying site development. The construction is a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) provided by the Owner. Bids must be made in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The project shall be complete and in place within 120 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. All bids must be submitted through the Procurement Portal until 3:00 P.M. (M.S.T.) on February 18, 2026. The City of San Luis reserves the right to cancel this procurement, reject any or all bids, and/or waive any informality in any bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the bid opening.
