Direct questions may be in writing by Fax (928) 373-1120, or email maria.delosreyes@yumacountyaz.gov The proposed project is located in San Luis, Arizona, and involves construction services, including but not limited to the removal and disposal of existing HVAC units and the installation of like-for-like replacements. The scope includes replacing twenty-four (24) HVAC units in 905-square-foot, two-bedroom apartments and eighteen (18) HVAC units in 1,092-square-foot, three-bedroom apartments. This project is funded with federal dollars from the U.S. Deparment of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The Contractor must adhere to all applicable requirements, including payment of Davis-Bacon prevailing wages, maintenance of certified payroll records, and compliance with Section 3 provisions and the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA).
