Renovation of an educational facility in Carterville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of April 2, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Project consists of removal and replacement of roofing systems at John A. Logan College F-Wing. The base bid includes TPO roof replacement, fascia and edge metal replacement, roof drain replacement, new TPO membrane roofing, insulation system installation, and required penetration detailing. Alternate one includes identifying and patching deteriorated EIFS panels as well as repainting all EIFS on the building. Alternate two includes identifying and patching deteriorated EIFS panels as well as repainting on two pergolas. Alternate three includes replacement of the existing skylight. All contractors and subcontractors are required to pay State Prevailing Wage Rates. Bids will be received for a general contract (all trades). Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount is required. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Question Deadline 02/27/2026 at 12:00 PM CT
