The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha invites bids from qualified firms to provide exterior renovation and construction services for Alamo Apartments. Suppliers are required to submit bids and proposals electronically via Ion Wave. Bidders should register, view solicitation documents, ask questions, and submit a proposal through the provided website. Carefully read and follow all solicitation instructions. Incomplete or late submissions may be disqualified. The Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
