The work consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and anything else necessary for the construction of improvements designated as PARK IMPROVEMENTS 2026 - TREE REMOVAL for Sanitary and Improvement District No. 104 of Sarpy County, Nebraska, specifically in Millard Highlands South. The extent of the project includes: 1. Clearing and grubbing of trees under 9" diameter (1 lump sum) 2. Clearing and grubbing trees over 9" to 18" diameter (55 each) 3. Clearing and grubbing trees over 18" to 27" diameter (10 each) 4. Clearing and grubbing trees over 27" to 36" diameter (3 each) 5. Down branch clean up and tree trimming (1 lump sum) 6. Site restoration (1 lump sum) Bidders are instructed to submit sealed proposals to the specified office by the stated deadline. Bidding documents are available online or as optional paper sets for a fee. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or bank check or acceptable bid bond as a guarantee of execution of the contract and provision of a contract bond upon award. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. No bidder may withdraw their bid for 30 days after the bid opening date. Payment terms specify 90% upon monthly completed work (as approved by the Engineer), with remaining payment upon final completion and approval of the work by the Owner and relevant authorities.
