Sealed proposals are requested for the Door Control Upgrade at the Nebraska Correctional Youth Facility. A pre-bid conference and walk-through will be held at the Nebraska Correctional Youth Facility, and contractors are requested to attend. CWPA 25137 WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. This project includes updates to the door access control system for buildings A, B, C, D, and E at the existing NCYF complex. It involves improvements for power, data, and security systems. Additionally, architectural updates to interior finishes and guard stations are included in buildings A, B, and C, as well as new millwork and finishes in the central control office in building A. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single contract with a Qualified General Contractor. General Contractor is responsible for including coordination of all trades and shall include costs associated with all work of other trades required for completion of the work under this contract.
