This solicitation is for the replacement of an existing sliding gate system at the Park Maintenance facility. The selected vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove, replace, and install a fully operational sliding gate system. Work requirements include removing and properly disposing of the existing gate equipment, installing a new commercial-duty sliding gate operator and required safety devices, ensuring all equipment is installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, UL requirements, and applicable codes, and coordinating work to minimize disruption to facility operations. The required materials include a LiftMaster CSL24UL commercial-duty sliding gate operator, UL325 compliant, heated NEMA 4 enclosure, and nickel-plated drive chain, or approved equal.
