Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to construct a POWER CONDUIT SYSTEM - SECTION I for Sanitary and Improvement District 638, Douglas County, Nebraska, according to the plans and specifications at the specified locations. The work primarily includes mobilization, trench excavation and backfill, installation of various sizes and types of PVC conduit for primary and secondary cables, PVC stubs, vertical risers, communication line ducts, directional boring, installation of transformer box pads, service pedestals, cable pull boxes, pull rope, and tracer wire, with approximate quantities provided for each item. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by SEH Engineers and accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than $55,000.00 as security. A contract and maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price is required. Bids will only be accepted from those on the plan holders' lists at the Engineer's office and online at QuestCDN. Bidders must comply with all plans and specifications. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
