The City of Omaha is requesting bids from qualified companies for concrete pavement repair and replacement for parks and trails. This project includes all work and/or goods set forth in the specifications. The bid has an SEB reserve, and only SEB authorized bids will be considered unless no such bids are received. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond from a licensed surety company or acceptable substitutes such as a certified check, official bank check, cashier's check, United States lawful money, or a negotiable U.S. Government Bond. Letters of credit are not acceptable and will result in the rejection of a bid. A copy of the bid bond or acceptable substitute must be uploaded and the original delivered to the City Clerk within seven calendar days of the closing date and time.
