The work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for reconstructing the New Life Church Parking Lot. Improvements include approximately 710 square yards of removal of surfacing, 290 cubic yards of general excavation, 710 feet of crack sealing, 890 square yards of slurry sealing, 210 tons of asphalt concrete pavement installation, 290 cubic yards of aggregate base installation, and 2 curb ramp reconstructions. Additional and incidental work as specified in the Specifications and Contract Documents is also required. The estimated cost range is $275,000 - $300,000. All bids must be submitted on forms provided in the Project Specifications and Contract Documents and accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent of the total bid. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds from a City-approved surety for the full contract price. Bidders must be qualified by the City of Wilsonville in compliance with applicable state statutes and pre-qualified by the Oregon Department of Transportation in the "ACP" Class of Work before the bid due date. Bidders must comply with state prevailing wage rates, all tax laws, and maintain required licenses and bonds. Examination of the site and Specifications prior to bid submission is required. The City reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with public contracting procedures and requirements, or all bids if in the public interest.
