The scope of work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for approximately 1900 feet of 24 to 50 foot width asphalt concrete street, including approximately 2500 feet of storm pipe, 120 feet of potable water pipe, 2190 feet of joint utility trench, and associated conduits, manholes, catch basins, vaults, and cleanouts, along with storm water quality facilities, installation of curb, gutter, shared-use path, streetlights, signage, striping, landscaping and performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents. Instructions to bidders include: Bidders must be qualified by the City of Wilsonville in compliance with Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 279C.375(3) and pre-qualified in compliance with ORS 279C.430 by the Oregon Department of Transportation in the Classes of Work "EART" and "ACP" prior to the date bids are due. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished in the Project Specifications and Contract Documents, accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds from a City approved surety in the full amount of the contract price. Bidders must pay not less than the applicable state prevailing wage rate, comply with all tax laws, and meet requirements under relevant ORS statutes. The City reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with the prescribed public contracting procedures and to cancel the invitation to bid at any time if determined in the City's best interest. Bidders are required to examine the site and specifications prior to submitting bids, and any perceived errors or omissions must be reported for possible issuance of an addendum. No pre-bid meeting will be held. The estimated Project cost range is $6.0M - $6.3M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
