The scope of work includes advancing the existing advanced (60%) engineering to final design and preparation of construction documents for open trench and trenchless sewer pipeline installation, drainage pipeline installation, regional trail extension, environmental assessment and permitting, geotechnical evaluation, slope stabilization, tree evaluation and protection, stream and natural area restoration, public engagement, cost estimating, bidding assistance, construction support, and other related services. The estimated cost range for the requested services is $1,000,000 to $1,300,000. The City of Wilsonville is soliciting proposals from firms experienced in providing engineering services for gravity sewer interceptor pipeline upsizing, approximately 1.4 miles in length, and extension of a 10-foot to 12-foot wide regional bike and pedestrian trail and paved pipeline maintenance access along the Boeckman Creek corridor between Boeckman Road and Memorial Park. The scope of work includes advancing the existing advanced (60%) engineering to final design and preparation of construction documents for open trench and trenchless sewer pipeline installation, drainage pipeline installation, regional trail extension, environmental assessment and permitting, geotechnical evaluation, slope stabilization, tree evaluation and protection, stream and natural area restoration, public engagement, cost estimating, bidding assistance, construction support, and other related services. Sealed proposals will be evaluated on a qualification basis and ranked on the firm's ability to demonstrate successful completion of projects of similar size, scope, budget, and schedule. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be reviewed. Electronically mailed or faxed proposals will not be accepted. A Time and Materials Not to Exceed Professional Services Agreement will be negotiated with the successful proposer. The estimated cost range for the requested services is $1,000,000 to $1,300,000.
