Project Location - Rosemont Ridge Middle School 20001 Salamo Rd, West Linn, OR 97068 Wilsonville High School 6800 SW Wilsonville Rd, Wilsonville, OR 97070 The work for this project is to be executed under a single general construction contract and includes replacement of athletic turf on existing fields and associated work for the construction of Rosemont Ridge Middle School and Wilsonville High School Athletic Turf Replacement project for the West Linn - Wilsonville School District. Sealed Bids and First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Forms must be received at the District Operation Center. Bids received after the time fixed for receipt of bids will be returned unopened. General Contractors are required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure within the indicated timeframe. Bidders must use complete sets of bidding documents in preparing bids. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, or surety bond executed by a state-licensed surety company, payable to West Linn - Wilsonville School District, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. All contractors are required to complete the First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, which must be received within 2 hours of the bid closing date and time.
