Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and educational facility.
This project includes various site improvements with the Eau Claire Area School District including electrical site upgrades at Memorial & Manz along with parking lot replacements at Manz & Sam Davey. These are to be completed during the summer of 2026. The scope of work is further detailed in the work category sections under 00 23 00. Bidders must review all plans, specifications, and addenda. It is the bidder's responsibility to check for addenda postings and to ensure understanding of all project requirements prior to submitting a bid. Bids based on partial documents are not the responsibility of the Owner, Architect, General Contractor, Printer, or PlanRoom. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled; walk-throughs can be arranged after school hours by contacting Market and Johnson. All bids must be submitted as instructed.
