A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Your firm is invited to submit an offer for the HVAC Rooftop Unit AC-2A Replacement project at Montcalm Area Career Center, part of the Montcalm Area Intermediate School District. This project consists of direct like-for-like replacement of one HVAC rooftop unit at the Career Center. The existing RTU is a nominal 50 ton packaged DX cooling capacity unit with an internal hot water heating coil and coil pump, sitting on a custom curb adapter. The scope is to remove the existing RTU and curb adapter for replacement with a new RTU with a new custom curb adapter. All work is to be conducted above the roof level with no modifications to existing supply and return duct drops or distribution ductwork inside the building. The project shall be delivered as a single contract between the owner and the Mechanical Prime Contractor, including all sub-contract work (electrical, temperature controls, roofing, crane lifts, etc.) to deliver a complete project. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Montcalm Area Intermediate School District Administration Offices. Electronic bid submissions by email are not accepted. Only the completed bid form and Familial Disclosure Statement are required with the bid offer. Bids will be publicly read aloud immediately after the due date/time. Offers must be irrevocable for thirty days after submission. All bid offers will be read aloud or disclosed to interested parties, with bid tabulation summaries made available upon request.
