FCI Constructors, Inc. is requesting bids from subcontractors & suppliers for Bid Package #1 of the MCAE Multi Use Arena located in Watford City, North Dakota. Bid Package #1 includes the Pre-Engineered Metal Building Questions regarding the project shall be addressed to Bryan Baughman, FCI Constructors, Inc. bbaughman@fciol.com or 701-713-4119. The Project consists of the construction of the McKenzie County Ag Expo Multi-Use Arena. The project is an addition to the existing facility and includes but is not limited to the following:. 1. PreEngineered Metal Building with a multi-use arena, lean-to for tie-outs, and a connection corridor to the existing building. Concessions, restrooms, bleachers, office, green room, mezzanines, mechanical, electrical and other support spaces. The multi-purpose arena will host rodeos, equine uses, practice tracks, cattle shows, rec. and farm shows, motocross and racecar pits, and other events such as the McKenzie County Fair. There will most often be a dirt floor in the arenaspace. 2. Sitework, earthwork, utilities including water, sanitary sewer, gas, and electricity, paving and gravel surfaces as indicated, curbing, stormwater management pond, and landscaping. 3. Mechanical heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Piping & ductwork. Building energy management and control systems. 4. Domestic water systems, water heaters, plumbing fixtures, sanitary, waste, and vent piping systems. 5. Fire protection system. Building is fully sprinklered. 6. Electrical distribution systems, interior and exterior building and site lighting, fire alarm, A/V systems, voice/data, surveillance system, and access control system
