The St. Johns County School District is releasing an Invitation to Bid for the construction of Ketterlinus Elementary School Partial Roof Replacement located in the eastern portion of St. Johns County, FL. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting held at Ketterlinus Elementary School, 67 Orange Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Pre-Bid Meeting 02/24/2026 at 9:30 AM ET Any questions, conflicts, or requests for information must be submitted to the Architect, James Ripley jimr@arc-arc.com in writing prior to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 Multi-ply membrane and rigid insulation system removal and replacement at the five (5) distinct roof areas as indicated by the drawings. Reuse and reinstallation of the majority of the existing rooftop mechanical and ventilation equipment at the existing locations. Removal and replacement of existing chilled water piping and supports for code required roof clearance. Provide supplemental insulation to comply with current energy code requirements, provide tapered rigid insulation where needed to supplement drainage slope. Remove and replace brick masonry as required to raise and install new thru-wall flashings, and construct expansion joints as shown on drawings.
