This solicitation is to obtain a qualified vendor to provide the goods or services stipulated for the Hogle Paving Project. The process is competitive and requires compliance with all terms and conditions described. The purpose is to secure fair competition, ensure best value, and award to the most responsible offeror considering price and other specified criteria. Vendors must demonstrate an ability to provide specified services in an equitable and economical manner. Respondents are responsible for reviewing all provided materials and preparing responses according to the instructions. Respondents must check in at the FSDB Campus Police Center Checkpoint prior to the mandatory meeting, where directions to the actual meeting location will be provided.
