Harvey Rodgers School and George Beach Administration Building, including all incidental work. Bids will be received for three contracts: Roof Replacement at J. Harvey Rodgers School, Roof Replacement at George Beach Administration Building, and a Combined Single Overall Contract comprising both. Bidders must be classified in the required discipline by the time of bid opening. Bid proposals must be submitted in duplicate (one original and one copy) in separate sealed envelopes for each contract, addressed to the Owner, and clearly marked with the contract title and/or bid number. Each proposal must include a bid bond or certified cashier's check payable to the Owner equal to 10% of the bid amount (not to exceed $20,000), and a Certificate of Consent of Surety obligating the surety company to provide statutory performance and payment bonds if awarded the contract.
