The multi-phase campus in South Jersey expansion by Rowan University includes 1,000 new residential units, a hotel, retail offerings, and new innovation and health-care facilities across a 220-acre site. The project has an announced value of $690 million. The multiphase initiative between Rowan University and partners across health care and the private sector will be located on 220 acres at the intersection of Routes 55 and 322 in Gloucester County, New Jersey.
