A. Work of the Project includes the removal and replacement of the concrete driveway at Fire Station #1, 500 North Casino Center Blvd. B. Perform Work of Contract under lump sum contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract. C. During the course of the Work and within the context of this Project and Contract, the Owner may provide authorized signatures to contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturers to act as the "Owners Agent" or similar authorization. These authorizations shall not establish a direct contractual relationship between the Owner and other parties, or relieve the Contractor of his responsibilities, or in any way modify the terms of this Contract. The term of such authorizations shall not extend beyond that required for the Work of this Contract. The Project consists of the construction more fully set forth and described in the Contract Documents (defined in the General Conditions attached hereto). The City of Las Vegas invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids for the removal and replacement of the concrete driveway at Fire Station #1 located at 500 North Casino Center Drive. The estimated cost for the project is $300,000 to $320,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
