Question Cut Off Date: 3/13/2026 10:00:00 PM (PT) This project is located at Harry Reid International Airport and includes improvements to the pavement in the northbound and southbound Airport Connector Tunnels. It is a federally assisted contract subject to 49 CFR Part 26, Participation by Small Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Financial Assistance Programs. The project has established SBE goals for the base bid and alternates. The applicable NAICS codes are 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction), 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors), and 541380 (Testing Laboratories and Services). Federal provisions incorporated by reference include Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restriction, Davis Bacon, Affirmative Action, Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension, and Governmentwide Requirements for Drug-free Workplace. All labor must be paid no less than the minimum wage rates established by the U.S. Secretary of Labor and the State of Nevada. Each Bidder must supply all required information, furnish a Bid Guarantee as specified, and, if successful, provide performance and payment bonds for 100 percent of the Contract price. The OWNER reserves the right to refuse to issue a bid form or accept a bid from a Bidder in default for reasons including failure to comply with pre-qualification regulations, failure to settle bills for labor and materials on former contracts, contractor default, or unsatisfactory work on previous contracts.
