The Authority seeks proposals from qualified contractors/vendors for 197 trash and 89 recycling bins to be placed in public access and hospitality areas. Prospective contractors/vendors are invited to quote a one-time fee and contract price for the fabrication, delivery, and installation of the products. Applicable taxes should be included in the fee quotes. Requests for specifications and the RFP document should be submitted to the specified contact. The Authority reserves the right to modify specifications, accept or reject any or all proposals, waive informalities or irregularities, and/or negotiate the terms of the final agreement. Bidders absorb all costs of preparation and presentation of the response. All proposals become the property of the Authority and are subject to public review unless qualifying as Trade Secrets under North Carolina law.
