Demolition services and installation of new secure storage areas on the ground floor of the City Center Parking Garage in Raleigh, NC. Demolition of existing plywood partitions, and installation of new chain link fencing for approximately 11,000 square feet of storage area and a new power slide gate on the ground floor of the City Center Parking Garage. All labor, materials, equipment and permitting fees in relation to the purpose of this project are to be included. Bid proposals shall be for a single lump sum. Paper hard copy sealed bids are required and digital submissions are not allowed. Bidders have two options for delivery: early hand delivery on the day of the bid opening or mail-in/drop-off ahead of time. Contractors are responsible for distributing documents to all sub-contractors. Bidders must show evidence of proper licensing as required by North Carolina law.
