Contract A involves pavement maintenance on various roads, including approximately 29,625 square yards of 3-inch rotomilling and profiling, 575 linear feet of keyways, 1,200 square yards of base repairs, 14 inlet/manhole adjustments, 24,850 linear feet of 6" x 18" bituminous wedge curb, 4,335 tons of 2-inch 19 mm Superpave 0.3 to 3 Million ESAL's bituminous binder, 29,625 square yards of 1-inch 9.5 mm fine graded Superpave 0.3 to 3 Million ESAL's wearing surface, traffic control, and restoration. Contract B involves pavement maintenance on various roads, including approximately 4,270 square yards of 2-inch rotomilling and profiling, 830 linear feet of keyways, 210 square yards of base repairs, 3,530 linear feet of bituminous wedge curb, 320 tons of 2-inch 19mm Superpave 0 to 0.3 Million ESAL's binder, 1,300 square yards of 1-inch 9.5 mm fine graded Superpave 0 to 0.3 ESAL's wearing surface, 4,270 square yards of 2-inch 9.5 mm fine graded Superpave wearing surface 0.3 to 3 Million ESAL's, traffic control, and restoration. Contract C involves pavement maintenance on various roads including line striping such as 4-inch double yellow line, 4-inch single white line, 4-inch single white dashed line, 24-inch white stop bar, white turn arrows, white pavement letters, piano key crosswalks, white gore areas, yellow gore areas, railroad crossing pavement markings, as well as traffic control and restoration. All line striping must use waterborne paint that meets current PennDOT specifications. All proposals must be received in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the contract name. Bidders must purchase bidding documents, pay prevailing wages, provide required bonds and insurance, and be PennDOT pre-qualified under codes E, F, and F1. Proposals must include a certified check or bond for 10% of the proposal amount. Proposals are valid for 120 days and cannot be withdrawn without forfeiting the bid guarantee. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any informality.
