Removal and replacement of the asphalt shingle roof at the Cecil Township Municipal building located at 3599 Millers Run Road. The work involves removal and disposal of the existing roof, installation of a new 30-year dimensional shingle roof, replacement of any damaged sheeting and facia boards, replacement of skylight bubbles, installation of new roof vents, new ridge vents, flashing, ice guards, and new gutters. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside with 'Township Building Roof Replacement.' Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages must be paid. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance, and Certificates of Workman's Compensation are required. Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidders Bond totaling ten percent (10%) of the total proposal amount. Proposals remain firm for one hundred twenty (120) days. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality.
