Renovation of a fire / police facility in Prosperity, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of metal siding, soffit, fascia, and downspouts, the replacement of 2 man doors, and the installation of 40LF of French drain. Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Departments Engineer and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to Morris Township VFD. The bid envelope must be clearly marked VFD Exterior Improvements Project. Attention is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442. Awarded bidder shall provide one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond, one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond, and ten percent (10%) Maintenance Bond for the project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day. Bids may be held for up to sixty (60) days for review and investigation of bidder qualifications. Morris Township VFD reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Contact Harshman CE Group, LLC at 724-503-4125 with any questions.
