The City of Independence, Kansas requests proposals from qualified and licensed contractors for the design, furnishing, and installation of a sewer grinder pump system to serve a half bath restroom facility. The system will convey wastewater approximately 100 yards to an existing municipal sewer main located uphill from the structure. The location is the Garden House at Riverside Park, and the sewer main is by the main restroom in the playground to the east of the Garden House. A site visit is required prior to proposal submission. Proposals may be submitted electronically or in hard copy.
