The project involves full depth pavement removal (minimum 12-inch depth) within the areas defined at each school, along with additional subbase soil removal in certain delineated areas. The scope includes installation of a new full depth pavement section (2/4/6) and subbase replacement and compaction where indicated, pavement markings and striping, signage, utility structure and casting resetting, and limited curb and sidewalk removal and replacement. At Pine Brook School, only a pavement section of 2-inch asphalt top course will be installed. Bid documents are available for no fee from the architect's website via a registered account at the specified contractor portal. Hard copies are available for $250 per set, requiring payment by check or money order and a direct shipping account number for delivery.
