This Project Consists Op the Resurfacing of Cornell Road From Maple Street to Allenhurst Boulevard in the City of Sharonville, Hamilton County, Ohio. Sidewalk Will Be Installed on the South Side of Cornell Road From Parfour Court to Allenhurst Boulevard. Retaining Wall Construction, Drive Culvert Replacement, Guardrail Replacement, Storm Sewer, and Grading Work Will Also Be Performed. The Engineer's Estimate has been updated to $2,219,262.00 for the base bid and $2,250,542.00 for the alternate bid. The concrete cap of the existing sanitary sewer near proposed MH #4 may require temporary shoring or road repair for the width of the storm sewer trench. Similar to the retaining wall installation, temporary shoring for this concrete cap will be considered means & methods and incidental to the storm sewer. If road repair is necessary, it will fall under the contingent 253 bid item.
