Onondaga County is renovating the existing 26,500 SF of auction storage space lor Sheriffs Evidence Storage. The scope of work includes demolition, construction, mechanical, electrical, telecommunication, plumbing, sprinkler, and general cleaning. General Contractor to coordinate work with Owners Trades, Other Prime Contractors, and Other contractors hired by Owner. Contractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor and submit a Certificate of Registration with their bid. The project is subject to NYS prevailing wage. Contractors must provide an MWBE Utilization plan, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy Statement, Workforce Employment Utilization Report, Apprenticeship Program, and meet Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Utilization Goal of 18% and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) Utilization Goal of 12%. Each bid must include a Bid Security Deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, in the form of a bid bond or certified/bank check payable to The County of Onondaga.
