Electronic proposals for all work categories as described in the Project Manual for BP01-HS Athletic Updates will be received. Bid categories included are: WC 02 Site Demo, Earthwork, Utilities, Concrete; WC 06 Asphalt Paving; WC 06A Athletic Coatings; WC 28 Electrical. All proposals must be accompanied by a completed and notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certificate and Familial Relationship Sworn Statement. All contractors bidding must be bondable and include the cost for furnishing a Co-Obligee Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Co-Obligee Performance Bond as an add to their base bid. Contractors must complete the qualification process, submitting the Qualification Statement and a complete audited or reviewed Financial Statement with Accountants Report and Footnotes to be considered for qualification. Submit proposals in Building Connected ONLY. Bid bonds (not less than 5% of the base bid) or equivalent bid security must be submitted. All questions must be directed in writing to the Construction Manager via Building Connected. No direct contact with the Owner or Architect is requested. Proposals must remain valid for ninety (90) days after the bid date. The Christman Company and Novi Community School District reserve the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal which, in their opinion, serves their best interest. Post-bid interviews will be scheduled.
