Reference Number 0000416471 This project consists of lining 615 feet of existing 12-inch ductile iron water main and 5,250 feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main to be rehabilitated via cured in-place-pipe (CIPP) lining within the Cedarspring Estates Subdivision. Gate valves and hydrants to be replaced as noted with a temporary water system installed for the duration of the project and associated restoration work. The approximate quantities of the major items of Work are: 5,865 Feet CIPP Water Main Lining 13 Each Fire Hydrant Replacement 11 Each Gate Valve and Well Replacement 1920 Sft Concrete Sidewalk Replacement Question Deadline 03/26/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % - Maintenance & Guarantee Bond 100 % Bid Security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted with each Bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the OWNER and any Bidder or Bidders.
