Estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. Completion of VAAR Clause 852.219-75 is required with each proposal, and any proposal submitted without this completed clause will be ineligible for evaluation and award. This procurement is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under Public Law 109-461, requiring offerors to be registered and certified as SDVOSBs in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification site at at the time of proposal submission. Proposals from firms not certified in the SBA system, including Joint Ventures, will not be evaluated, and Joint Venture Agreements must be included with proposals. Verification showing seal must accompany each submission. Information shared at the site visit does not change any terms or conditions of the solicitation unless formally amended in writing. All questions must be submitted in writing, using Exhibit F, to keith.mainous@va.gov by the RFI deadline listed in Section A.5. Under VAAR 836.204, the estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $45 million. This project is not tax-exempt. Work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform all construction activities associated with Project 502-23-707, Replace Wayfinding and Signage, at the Alexandria VA Health Care System. A site visit will be held as specified in Section A.5, and the solicitation closing date is provided in Block 13A. **Location:** Alexandria VA Health Care System 2495 Shreveport Highway Pineville, LA 71360 Requests for Information (RFIs): RFIs are due, utilizing Exhibit F, no later than (NLT) 12:00 PM CST 14 calendar days prior to the date set for receipt of proposals or as amended and will not be accepted after this date. RFIs should be submitted by email to the Contract Specialist, Keith Mainous at keith.mainous@va.gov. Responses will be provided by amendment to the solicitation in a question and answer format. Example: Subject Line of the RFI e-mail should be as follows: Company Name, RFI 1, 36C25626R0031 and Project 502-23-707. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
