An alternate bid includes the same area of milling under contractor ownership with delivery to Kenosha County, together with any related construction. Bids must be submitted on the provided proposal form, sealed, and addressed appropriately. All bidders must file a "Bidders Proof of Responsibility Form" unless they have completed a Kenosha County public works project in the last five years. Questions regarding the contract documents or drawings must be submitted by the specified deadline, and all bids must be held for 60 days after opening. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or accept the most advantageous bid.
