Sealed bid proposals will be accepted from qualified contractors for Handy MS Restroom Renovations under the 2020 Bond Series 4 - Phase 5 for Bay City Public Schools. Proposals may be submitted electronically, mailed, or delivered in person. Bids must be received prior to 1:00 PM on the specified bid date. The project will utilize separate prime contractors, and all contracts for construction will be direct with the Owner, with the overall administration by Wolgast Corporation. Bids must be submitted on the provided bid forms, completed and executed; copies are acceptable but facsimile bids are not. Contractors seeking to be included as Bidders must contact the Project Manager. One set of bidding documents will be provided at no cost. All questions regarding bidding procedures, design, and drawing/specification intent must be directed to the Construction Manager using the Clarification Request Form. Each proposal must include a Bid Security of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid by a qualified surety and in an acceptable form. Personal checks are not accepted. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the bid date.
