Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Working plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; data center facility; for the construction of a data center facility; fire / police facility; for site work for a data center facility; and fire / police facility.

The owner has identified a list of pre-qualified design builders. The Work consists of the design and construction of the SCCCD Police Department Station & Data Center for the State Center Community College District (SCCCD): 1. The Project involves the design and construction of a dual-purpose facility as described in the Design Criteria. 2. Scope includes site preparation, building demolition, new site and building construction, new site utilities and utility connections, building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection), landscaping with irrigation, parking lot, and all preparatory/final work for occupancy.
