Replace and expand the chilled water infrastructure at the VA Central California Healthcare System in accordance with the statement of work. Work includes construction activities necessary to upgrade and increase chilled water system capacity, requiring a competitively negotiated best value tradeoff process with both technical and price proposals. The project involves significant construction scope within an active healthcare environment, and includes requirements for bid, payment, and performance bonds. The magnitude of construction is estimated between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. Location: 2615 E. Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703 RFIs will be responded to as necessary in amendment format and will be posted on FBO (now called Contract Opportunities). Deadline for submission or RFIs for this RFP is June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. No questions will be answered after this date/time unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government as determined by the Contracting Officer. Telephone request for information will not be accepted or returned. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
