Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for and reasonably incidental to the Phase 1 Unit Renovations at Oak Grove Estates, Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority, Toledo, Ohio. B. The Owner will furnish new appliances (stoves, refrigerators and laundry equipment) and blinds to be installed by the Contractor. The Contractor shall supply materials and labor for connecting appliances to power or gas source. The Contractor shall provide all labor to install new blinds at all window locations. C.
