Site work for a mixed-use development in Bena, Minnesota. Working plans call for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of construction of two new wells and associated well pumps, abandonment of the existing four wells, installation of new transmission watermain, replacement of existing domestic water pumps, interior plumbing and electrical work within the school, and flushing of PFAS contaminated water from the School and associated tankage. TERO and Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates for Cass County apply to this project. QA date - 3-6-2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
