Renovation of a multi-residential development in Chester Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 89-unit multi-residential development.

The Chester Housing Authority plans to replace the roofs of eighty-nine (89) units within the Wellington Ridge and the Chatham Estates communities. The existing roofing materials include asphalt shingles and plywood sheathing or a flat ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) roof. The scope includes replacement of the entire roof and all sheathing on all units, covering all roofing materials located on main roofs, porch roofs, and dormer roofs. Work includes, but is not limited to, removing and replacing roofing materials such as all shingles, roof sheathing, ridge vents, all flashing, and/or the replacement of an EPDM roof. The base bid work also includes the replacement of the fascia and soffits, as well as the replacement of the gutters and downspouts. This project is in the city of Chester, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. There are two project locations: a. Wellington Ridge community located at 3001 West 13th Street, Chester, Delaware County, PA. b.
